,~ .:. <br /> <br />However, if the water to be used on the premise is not and will not be measured <br />by a water meter, the Service Director shall, on the basis of accepted engineering <br />practices and, further, on the basis of requirements of similar or comparable <br />establishments, determine the size of a water meter that would be required to serve the <br />premises. The meter size so determined shall be used in calculating the charge under the <br />foregoing Schedule B. <br />SCHEDULE C <br />(Residential) <br />For sanitary sewers constructed after August 1, 1968: <br />Single-Family residence $1,200.00 <br />base charge <br />For single residences located on <br />lots where the frontage exceeds <br />sixty feet, an additional charge of <br />$15.00 per foot for each foot in <br />excess of sixty feet. <br />SCHEDULE D <br />(Commercial and Industrial Establishments) <br />For sanitary sewers constructed after August 1, 1968, except hereinafter provided, <br />the following tap-in charges shall be applicable, depending upon the size of the water <br />meter installed or to be installed: <br />Water Meter Size (Inches) Charge <br />5/8 $ 1,200.00 <br />3/4 1,800.00 <br />1 3,000.00 <br />1-1/2 4,800.00 <br />2 7,200.00 <br />However, if the water to be used on the premises is not and will not be measured <br />by a water meter, the Service Director shall, on the basis of accepted engineering <br />practices and, further, on the basis of requirements of similar or comparable <br />establishments, determined the size of a water meter that would be required to serve the <br />premises.
