A developer, having obtained final approval of a development site plan, may accomplish the <br />development in progressive stages as may be approved by the Planning Commission and City <br />Engineer. <br />1138.12 AMENDMENT TO PLANS <br />(a) At any time after the approval of a site plan of a senior residence development area, <br />the owner or owners may request an amendment of their plans. The request for such amendment <br />shall be filed with the Building Official and one copy filed with the Clerk of Council. If such <br />amendment is in substantial agreement with the approved development area site plan, it shall be <br />processed by the Planning Commission. <br />(b) Should such amendment represent a departure from the intent of a prior approval in <br />terms of: <br />(1) Building location and arrangement; <br />(2) Street Alignment; <br />(3) Intensity of use (density); <br />(4) Land use arrangements; <br />(5) Area and parking requirements; and <br />(6) Architectural design. <br />such amendment shall be subject to the same procedures and conditions of approvals as the <br />original application. <br />
