("Seller") and the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio ("Buyer"): <br />1. Buyer agrees to reimburse and pay to Seller, on a <br />pro rata basis pertaining to the period after the <br />date hereof, such amounts, if any, that Seller has <br />prepaid for the liquor permit that is to be <br />transferred and assigned to $uyer; <br />2. Buyer has determined that it does not desire to <br />assume any of the insurance currently maintained by <br />Seller, and that Seller may terminate the same, <br />effective as of the date hereof; and <br />3.
