KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT THE NORTH OLMSTED BOARD OF EDUCATION, the GRANTOR, for and in consideration of certain good and valuable consideration and of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), the full receipt of all which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, the Grantee, its successor and assigns forever, a perpetual easement for Right-of--Way for Storm and Sanitary Sewer purposes on and under the following-described lands owned by the Grantor and known as being part of Permanent Pazcel No. 237-4-13, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio together with the right and privilege to enter upon or under said land for purposes of construction, repair, maintenance, inspection, and survey of said sewers and appurtenances. TO HAVE AND HOLD said easement and right-of--way unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever. The said Grantor himself, and his successors and assigns, hereby covenant with the said Grantee, it successors and assigns, that he is the lawful owner of said premises and has full power to grant, bazgain, sell, convey and release the same in the manner aforesaid and will warrant and defend the same against all claims.
