KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT THE NORTH OLMSTED BOARD OF EDUCATION, the <br />GRANTOR, for and in consideration of certain good and valuable consideration and of <br />ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), the full receipt of all which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby <br />grant unto THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, the Grantee, its successor and assigns <br />forever, a perpetual easement for Right-of--Way for Storm and Sanitary Sewer purposes <br />on and under the following-described lands owned by the Grantor and known as being <br />part of Permanent Pazcel No. 237-4-13, in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio together with <br />the right and privilege to enter upon or under said land for purposes of construction, <br />repair, maintenance, inspection, and survey of said sewers and appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said easement and right-of--way unto the said Grantee, <br />its successors and assigns forever.
