Course No. 10: thence South 57 degrees-18'-28" East, parallel with Course No. 4 herein, <br />135.11 feet; <br />Course No. 11: thence South 86 degrees-32'-13" East, pazallel with Course No. 3 herein, <br />228.95 feet; <br />Course No. 12: thence South 30 degrees-26'-55" East, parallel with Course No. 2 herein, <br />150.54 feet; <br />Course No. 13: thence South 0 degrees-32'-13" East, pazallel with Course No. 1 herein, <br />49.39 feet to a point in the aforementioned northerly line of Palm Drive; <br />Course No. 14: thence North 86 degrees-32'-13" West along said northerly line of Palm <br />Drive, 20.05 feet to the place of beginning, according to a survey by Garrett & <br />Associated, Inc., Registered Engineers and Surveyors, made in June, 1994, be the same <br />more or less. <br />As represented in a drawing mazked Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part <br />hereof. <br />The Grantors hereby restrict said premises within the limits of the above described <br />easement against the construction thereon or above subjacent thereto any buildings, <br />structures, improvements, tunnels, or facilities, or any kind, and the storing or placing <br />of any materials, equipment or other obstructions thereon, or excavation therein in any <br />manner interfering with said sewers whatsoever, the access thereto, or the maintenance <br />thereof, or otherwise interfering therewith; provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing <br />restrictions and prohibitions, Grantors may make any of the users or do any of the things <br />to the foregoing premises with the express written consent of the Grantee. Such reserved <br />and permitted usage shall include, .inter alai. landscaping, parking of vehicles within the <br />regulations set forth in the Codified Ordinances, paving and the maintenance thereof. <br />Grantor shall fully use and enjoy the aforesaid premises except as to the rights <br />herein granted; and Grantee does hereby agree to hold and save the said Grantor harmless <br />for any and all damages arising from its use of the right, easement, and right-of--way <br />
