<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94-78 <br />BY: MAYOR EDWARD BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1125.01 AND 1125.03 <br />OF CHAPTER 1125 ENTITLED ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW <br />BOARD. <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that there is a need for an additional member on the <br />architectural review board; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been proposed by the Mayor that a fifth member be added to the <br />architectural review board and that said fifth member only be required to possess the <br />qualifications of having a residence within the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 1125.01 of Chapter 1125 which presently reads: <br />1125.01 ESTABLISHED <br />"There is hereby established an Architectural Review Board <br />consisting of four members to be appointed by the Mayor and <br />confirmed by an affirmative vote of majority of the members of <br />Council. " <br />Be and the same is hereby amended and as amended shall read as follows: <br />1125.01 ESTABLISHED <br />"There is hereby established an Architectural Review Board <br />consisting of five members to be appointed by the Mayor and <br />confirmed by an affirmative vote of a majority of the members of <br />Council. " <br />
