Co l umb i a Road and (;neat IJorthern isouievard (State Route No. 252, Dover Center Road iCounty Road ido. 581 and Claque Road (Gor.rnty Road No. 52) in the City of North 01n~sted. Total length of work being approximately 6.300 mi i es W'r.EREAS. in said legislation proposing cooperation. said legislative au- t'r~ority proposed to cooperate with the Director of Transportation in the im- provement of State Route Nos. 1G/17/252/Various, as follows: The City has no financial obligation in the construction phase of the improvement except as shown on the construction plans. The City agrees to ass~..rme and bear one hundred percent (100%~ of the construction cost of those items shown in the construction plans as one hundred percent ;i00%i ~~.itv funded and to assume and bear one hundred percent (100%) of the construction cost of any other item requested by the City which is determined not to be eligible for Federal and State participation. ir; addition, the City agrees to provide the construction contract plans and right-of-way reouired for the improvement at entirely its own exper,~~e. The State agrees to absorb its in-house Preliminary Enaineer- inc~ cost. The Director of Transportation not.witi~standing the percentage basis of contribu- tion may allocate the money contributed in whatever manner he may deem necessary ;n f;r-,ar~c~ina the cost of construction, rights-of-way. engineering and incidental exr~er-ises.
