WffiZI~AVS, EXCEPT BUSES" SIGN AT THE <br />INffi~SF1('PION OF REVERE DRIVE AND &Tl'ffitN[TT RIDGE .ROAD FOR <br />TRAFFIC TRAVEI,Il~ IN A NOR'IIR~tLY DIRE'rI~ ~ REVERE DRIVE <br />AND T(JRrTIl~ WEST ONTO NUT RIDGE ROAD AND DBCLARII~IG AN <br />,'Y. <br />WHFRF.AS, Council and the Administration have determined that it <br />is in the best interest of public safety to install a "No Left Turn" <br />sign, at the intersection of Revere Drive and Butternut Ridge Road for <br />traffic travelling in a northerly direction on Revere Drive and turning <br />west onto Butternut Ridge Road; for the hours of 7:00 A.M.to 8:00 A.M. <br />weekdays and, <br />~'.RF.A~, it is the desire of this Council and Administration to <br />amend the Traffic Control File to provide for the installation of said <br />traffic control sign; and <br />w-~~tF.AS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for the <br />maintenance of a Traffic Control File which said file can be amended <br />only by ordinance. <br />NOW THERREFORE, BE IT OR.DArTNID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NOR7Ti <br />OI~TED, (X)iJN1Y OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF ~0: <br />SECTION 1: That the Police Department be and it is hereby <br />authorized and directed to amend the Traffic Control File of the City of <br />North Olmsted to indicate therein the installation of a "No Left Turn" <br />sign as aforesaid. <br />SF7CTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to have <br />the proper department cause said sign to be installed in accordance with <br />the terms of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it <br />is immediately necessary to correct a traffic problem which exists at <br />said intersection and further provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />
