..., .~..~..~w.._ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby identify and <br />designate an Improvement Target Area for the City of North <br />Olmsted. This geographic area is the ITA provided by <br />Cuyahoga County - The Urban County and approximately <br />defined by the boundaries of the intersection of Lorain <br />Road and Dover Center Road (within census tracts 1741.03, <br />1741.05, and 1742.04). <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the <br />preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare, and <br />for the further reason it is immediately necessary for the <br />City to file an application for Community Development Block <br />Grant funds on or before March 18, 1994, and further, <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members of the Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />SECTION 3: All prior Ordinances inconsistent with this <br />Ordinance, in whole or in part, are repealed to the extent <br />necessary to avoid conflict with this Ordinance so as to <br />achieve the objectives of this Ordinance. <br />~ /i , / ~'~ ~e , <br />PASSED : ;'~ ~ 1~~~'i~-~ ~ 1~7 7 COMMITTEE : ~ 0 ~i` °~'~-`"'-~ <br />~~~ <br />BARBARA L.
