CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. 94-28 <br />BY: Councilman Lind <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE (1) COMBINATION SEWIIt CLEANING <br />MACHINE, AND DECLARING AN EL`~RGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA <br />AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized <br />to advertise for bids for one (1) Combination Sewer Cleaning Machine for use in the <br />Service Department. Said Combination Sewer Cleaning Machine shall conform to the <br />specifications now on file in the office of the Director of Public Service, and that <br />upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a <br />contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare <br />and for the further reason it is immediately necessary to maintain service to area <br />residents and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval, by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: /~~ <br />APPROVED: ,~'• /G -9'Y <br />/~ <br />~~~ <br />EDWARD J. 0 MAYOR <br />i3 ~~. <br />;~.-..~ _ ~u..z.-. <br />JAMES D.
