~„,,.._ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 94-16 <br />By: MAYOR BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATION AND <br />COMPOSITION OF THE NON-UNIFORM, PART-TIME PERSONNEL <br />OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish a <br />complement of non-uniform, part-time personnel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Orgaiiizatioii Chart for the iioii-uniform, <br />part-time Police Department persoiiiiel of the City of North Olmsted acid <br />the salary ranges be as follows: <br />(a) School Guards <br />$ 5.47 Per Hour First Year <br />6.63 Per Hour after First Year <br />(b) Auxiliary Police <br />(c) Dispatchers <br />(d) Off-duty Electrical <br />Maintenance <br />5.47 Per Hour-First Year <br />6.63 Per Hour after First Year <br />7.00 To 11.00 Per Hour <br />8.15 To 11.33 Per Hour <br />SECTION 2: That the salary ranges acid amounts established for <br />the year l~will be effective retroactive to January 1, 1994. <br />Salaries specified iri this ordiiiaiice shall be paid by the Director of <br />Fiiiaiice oii a bi-weekly basis. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordiiiaiice hereby repeals airy acid all <br />Ordinance or parts of Ordinance or Resolutions inconsistent herewith. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordiiiarice is hereby declared to be aii <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety acid welfare, acid for the further reason that it <br />is immediately necessary for coiitiiiuity of services of the safety <br />forces of the city, acid further, provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect acid <br />be iii force immediately upon its passage aiid approval by the Mayor. <br />_~,~~,w_ _ _..._ <br />
