. , _ .. ~ .._ . . ~ ...MM~~.,~.,~...:..,, <br />,~,, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 94-6 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN LIND <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 50,000 GALLONS <br />FOR USE BY THE NORTH OL~ISTED WASTEWATER <br />PLAi~'T, APB DECLARIPdG AN EMERGENCY. <br />PUBLIC SERVICE <br />OF SODIUM ALU1~iINATE <br />TREATP~NT FACILITIES <br />NOW, i'HFRFFORE, BE IT RESOL4'ED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTh <br />OLMM.STED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA A1~ID STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 50,000 gallons of Sodium Aluminate <br />for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plant, <br />according to the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to <br />enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTI0I~T 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary for the city's sodium aluminate requirements, and <br />further provided it received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: I ~ 7 <br />AT T: ~ <br />ZC-C.-G~LU-a~- ~ ~-x.-cam,--~ <br />BARBARA L.
