THE YEAR E[~IDING <br />DECEh1BER 31, 1994. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TfB; CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of said <br />City o~North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1994, that the following <br />sums be and they are hereby set aside and appropriated as follows: <br />SANTTARY SEWFIt IlKPROVF~Tr FUND <br />SANITARY SEi~8 <br />$ 1,700,000.00 <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy <br />of this ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />SDL'rION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants <br />on the City Treasury for payments from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon <br />receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approve by the Board of <br />Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of <br />Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid <br />for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance <br />with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies <br />can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds of Council and for purposes other <br />than those covered by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest <br />ate permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North <br />Olmsted. ,^ <br />PASSED: <br /> <br />A ST: <br />~~:~~-~-1-e~- '''`--d--~--- <br />Bar ara L.
