EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF SERVICES 1.1 The basic services to be provided by CONTRACTOR under Section 1. Basic Services of vendor at the North Olmsted Recreation Center are as follows: 1.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide vending machine and video game services at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, and CONTRACTOR does accept and agree to perform such services. Subject to the supervision and pursuant to the orders, advice and directions of CITY, CONTRACTOR shall provide the equipment and services described by the bid specification and proposal dated November 23, 2009, attached hereto. Further CONTRACTOR shall perform such other duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other similar businesses or enterprises as that engaged in by CITY, and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to CONTRACTOR from time to time by CITY. 1.1.2 CONTRACTOR agrees to perform, at all times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talent, all of the duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to the express and implicit terms of this Contract, to the reasonable satisfaction of Employer. Such duties shall be rendered at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, North Olmsted, Ohio and at such other place or places as CITY shall in good faith require or as the interests, needs, business, and opportunities of CITY shall require or make advisable. 1.2 The scope of work for any Section 2. Optional Services of the CONTRACTOR, if and when determined by the CITY to be necessary, shall be determined upon receipt of an approved scope and work task breakdown the CONTRACTOR and upon written authorization from the CITY to proceed with the optional services. + + END OF EXHIBIT A + + io
