CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0.2005 -150 BY: Mayor O'Grady A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO A RENEWED TWO YEAR AGREEMENT WITH BOB'S ICE CREAM, INC., DBA QUALITY QUICK SNACKS, PROVIDING FOR VENDING AND VIDEO GAME MACHINES AT THE NORTH OLMSTED RECREATION CENTER. WHEREAS, acting pursuant to the provisions of Section 111.01 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, this Council, on January 20, 2004, adopted Ordinance No. 2004-7, authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with Bob's Ice Cream, Inc., dba Quality Quick Snacks [hereinafter, "Quality Quick Snacks"], for the purpose of the latter providing vending and video game machines at the North Olmsted Recreation Center for the period January 24, 2004 through January 23, 2006; and WHEREAS, the Administration is satisfied with the quality of the services that have been provided to the North Olmsted Recreation Center by Quality Quick Snacks during the past two year period, and desires to extend the existing Agreement for an additional two-year period; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, based upon the recommendation of the Administration, to extend the current Agreement with Quality Quick Snacks for an additional two-year period from January 24, 2006 through January 23, 2008; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFNORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into a renewed two-year Agreement with Bob's Ice Cream, Inc., d.b.a. Quality Quick Snacks, for the purpose of providing for Vending and Video Game Machines at the North Olmsted Recreation Center, commencing on January 24, 2006 and concluding on January 23, 2008, in substantially the form and substance as the original Agreement previously authorized by Ordinance No. 2004-7.
