Section 12: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees in the Division of <br />Engineering. Part-Time Employees Min. Wage 14.84 PH <br />F. Traffic Control Equip. Repair Min. Wage 28.19 PH <br />G. Hydrant Repair Inspector Min. Wage 17.82 PH <br />Section 13: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees in the Police and <br />Fire Divisions. The salaries in this Section shall be established by the Director of Public Safety and the <br />Mayor as appropriate. <br />FROM TO Pay <br />2010 Type <br />A. Chief of Police 2,480.00 3,701.73 BW <br />B. Chief of Fire 2,480.00 3,701.73 BW <br />C. Assistant Fire Chief 2,384.00 3,153.85 BW <br />D. Auxiliary Police <br />First Year Min. Wage 8.12 PH <br />Second Year Min. Wage 12.50 PH <br />E. Dispatchers (Part-Time) 13.00 17.60 PH <br />F. In addition to the salaries as specified herein, the Chief of Police, Chief of Fire and Assistant Chief of <br />Fire shall be entitled to any and all benefits afforded the members of each of their respective <br />departments, except that the Chief of Police and Chief of Fire, as expressly provided in Section 17 of <br />this Ordinance, and the Assistant Fire Chief if this latter position in the future is determined by the City <br />to be FLSA exempt, shall not be entitled to overtime pay or comp time benefits. <br />Section 14: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees of the Division of <br />Youth Services. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Public Safety and the <br />Mayoras appropriate. <br />FROM TO Pay <br />2010 Type <br />A.
