(Structural Soundness and General Maintenance), together with <br />specific subsections therein, of the Codified Ordinances; <br />(4) Any health, safety or sanitation violation under Chapter 521 of the <br />Codified Ordinances; <br />(5) Any Noise Control violation under Chapter 555, including but not <br />limited to Sections 555.03(a) (Animals and Birds), 555.03(c) (Vehicle <br />or Motorboat Repairs and Testing), 555.003(d) (Adequate Mufflers or <br />Sound Dissipative Devices), 555.03(e) (Motor Vehicles), 555.03(f) <br />(Loading and Unloading), 555.03(g) (Construction), 555.03(h) <br />(Emergency Signaling Devices), 555.03(1) (Radios, Television Sets, <br />Musical Instruments and Similar Devices), 555.03(j) <br />(Loudspeakers/Public Address Systems), 555.03(k) (Domestic Power <br />Tools) and 555.04 (Maximum Permissible Sound Levels by Receiving <br />Land Use), or 555.06 (Immediate Threats to Health and Welfare) of <br />the Codified Ordinances; <br />(6) Any Criminal Activity Nuisance violation under Chapter 561 of the <br />Codified Ordinances; <br />(7) Any Licensing of Rental Units violation under Chapter 713 of the <br />Codified Ordinances; <br />(8) Any Grading and Surface Water Drainage violation under Chapter 931 <br />of the Codified Ordinances; <br />(9) Any Trees and Weeds violation under Chapter 949 of the Codified <br />Ordinances; <br />(10) Any Urban Forest violation under Chapter 950 of the Codified <br />Ordinances; <br />(11) Any Fire Code violation under Chapter 1701, including but not limited <br />to Section 1701.05 (Compliance) of the Codified Ordinances; <br />(12) Any Fireworks violation under Chapter 1719, including but not limited <br />to Section 1719.04 (Possession, Sale or Discharge Prohibited; <br />Exceptions) of the Codified Ordinances; <br />(13) Any Sign Code violation under Chapter 1163; <br />(14) Any Site Development Plan certification or deviation violation <br />under Chapter 1126, including but not limited to Section 1126.11. <br />(b) When four or more nuisance activities as defined in division (a) occur on separate <br />occasions on the same residential property within any three hundred sixty-five (365) day <br />period, the Director of Public Safety may declare the premises to be a nuisance property <br />and may abate the nuisance as provided in Section 1373.02. <br />1373.02 Action to Abate Nuisances; Costs of Enforcement <br />(a) Notice of Declaration of Nuisance. The Director of Public Safety, upon finding <br />that four (4) or more nuisance activities as defined in Section 1373.01 have <br />occurred on separate occasions within any three hundred sixty-five (365) day <br />period on the same commercial or residential property may cause a written notice <br />and order to be served on the owner of the property declaring that the property is a <br />nuisance property.
