<br />(2) "Animal grooming facility" means any facility providing bathing or trimming of
<br />domestic animals for a fee, where all operations are conducted completely
<br />indoors. This term includes facilities that board domestic animals for a maximum
<br />period of forty-eight hours incidental to the grooming services provided.
<br />(3) "Animal training facility" means any facility providing training of domestic
<br />animals for a fee, where all operations are conducted completely indoors. This
<br />term includes facilities that board domestic animals for a maximum period of
<br />forty-eight hours incidental to the training services provided.
<br />(4) "Entertainment device arcade" means anv business, establishment, room, or
<br />place where four or more entertainment devices are kept for use by the
<br />public or bv persons other than the owner of the devices, where persons give
<br />anything of value to access the use of the entertainment devices or the
<br />premises, and the person mav be given anything of value bv the operator,
<br />whether the giving occurs on or off the premises or at the same time or a
<br />later time.

<br />electronic, video, or digital device which is capable of connection to the internet
<br />(regardless of whether such connection is utilized) through a wireless router,
<br />telephone line, digital subscriber line, satellite, cellular telephone, cable
<br />connection or any other method and which is engaged upon payment of anything
<br />of value as a condition of usage and/or upon the insertion of any coin, token,
<br />credit or debit card, or similar magnetic or electronic access card or passcode,
<br />directly or indirectly, and wherein a product or service is provided and/or
<br />incidental thereto, and the device is engaged for the purpose of playing a game,
<br />viewing a video display, hearing an audio transmission or reading entries or
<br />outcomes from any other kind of device, with or without payment of a fee, and
<br />wherein such device may be operated by the public generally for use as a form of
<br />entertainment or amusement, including lawful sweepstakes or skill games,
<br />whether or not registering a score, and which when so utilized produces,
<br />announces, reveals or discloses the eligibility, award or payment of a cash prize
<br />redeemable on or at the entertainment device arcade, which cash prize amount
<br />was capable of being ascertained through usage of the mechanical, electronic,
<br />video, or digital device, whether or not said prize was in fact announced, revealed
<br />or disclosed through usage of the mechanical, electronic, video, or digital device
<br />and which in no way tends to permit or encourage gambling. "Entertainment
<br />device" does not include anv vending machine, iuke box, audio book, video
<br />player or anv device that gives anything of value where the onlv value given,
<br />directly or indirectly, is a video or audio transmission.
<br />(6) "Indoor animal boarding facility" means any facility where domestic animals
<br />owned by another person are temporarily boarded for a fee and whose activities
<br />are conducted completely indoors.
<br />(7) "Kennels" means any facility used for the boarding, breeding, raising, training,
<br />showing, or selling of dogs and/or cats for a fee. Such facilities may include
<br />outdoor dog runs.
