CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-148 <br />BY: Mayor Kennedy & the Entire City Council <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE AUDITOR OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY TO PAY TO THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, <br />DURING THE YEAR 2011, ALL MONEY DUE AND OWING SAID <br />CITY FROM ANY COLLECTION SOURCE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the County Auditor be and is hereby requested to pay to the City of <br />North Olmsted, during the year 2011, all tax money due and owing said city from any and all <br />tax collection sources. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward a certified copy of <br />the Resolution to the County Auditor. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date <br />permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: ??FUjbcg :Z First Reading: <br />Second Reading: iS,C ? <br />1 7I *= % <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />?. <br />ATTEST: <br />,.
