CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2010-150 <br />BY: Mayor Kennedy & the Entire City Council <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES BY <br />ADOPTING CURRENT REPLACEMENT PAGES; AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, certain provisions within the Codified Ordinances should be amended to <br />conform with current State law as required by the Ohio Constitution; and <br />WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature have been passed by <br />Council which should be included in the Codified Ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has heretofore entered into a contract with the Walter H. Drane <br />Company to prepare and publish such revision which is presently before Council: <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, of a general and <br />permanent nature, as revised, recodified, rearranged and consolidated into component codes, <br />titles, chapters and sections within the 2010 Replacement Pages to the Codified Ordinances are <br />hereby approved and adopted. <br />SECTION 2: That the following sections and chapters are hereby added, amended or <br />repealed as respectively indicated in order to comply with current State law: <br />Traffic Code <br />331.38 Stopping for School Bus. (Amended) <br />333.01 Driving or Physical Control While Under the Influence. (Amended) <br />333.031 Approaching a Public Safety, Emergency or Road Service Vehicle <br />(Amended) <br />335.01 Driver's License or Commercial Driver's License Required. (Amended) <br />335.02 Permitting Operation Without a Valid License. (Amended) <br />335.07 Driving Under License Suspension or Restriction. (Amended) <br />335.072 Driving Under Financial Responsibility Law Suspension or Cancellation. <br />(Amended) <br />335.10 Expired or Unlawful License Plates. (Amended) <br />335.12 Stopping After Accident Upon Streets. (Amended) <br />335.13 Stopping After Accident Upon Property Other Than Street. (Amended) <br />337.28 Use of Sunscreening Materials. (Amended) <br />337.29 Bumper Heights. (Amended)
