": <br />~~ <br />(b) as to any Capital Appreciation Bonds, their respective maturity <br />dates. <br />"Maturity Amount" means, with respect to a Capital Appreciation <br />Bond, the principal of and interest on that Bond due and payable at <br />its stated maturity. <br />"Original Bond Legislation" means, collectively, the Original <br />Series A Bond Legislation and the Original Series B Bond <br />Legislation. <br />"Original Series A Bond Legislation" means, collectively, <br />Ordinance No. 96-132 passed by this Council on September 17, <br />1996, and the related certificate of award dated November 20, 1996, <br />signed by the Mayor and the Director of Finance pursuant thereto, <br />authorizing the issuance and sale of the Original Bonds. <br />"Original Series B Bond Legislation" means, collectively, <br />Ordinance No. 96-137 passed by this Council on September 17, <br />1996, and the related certificate of award dated November 20, 1996, <br />signed by the Mayor and the Director of Finance pursuant thereto, <br />authorizing the issuance and sale of the Original Bonds. <br />"Original Bonds" means, collectively, the Original Series A <br />Bonds and the Original Series B Bonds. <br />"Original Series A Bonds" means the City's $895,000 Storm <br />Water Drainage System Improvement Bonds, Series 1996A, issued <br />as a part of a consolidated issue of $43,020,000 Various Purpose <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 1996, dated as of November 15, 1996, <br />pursuant to the Original Series A Bond Legislation. <br />"Original Series A Bonds" means the City's $260,000 Storm <br />Water Drainage System Improvement Bonds, Series 1996B, issued <br />as a part of a consolidated issue of $43,020,000 Various Purpose <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 1996, dated as of November 15, 1996, <br />pursuant to the Original Series B Bond Legislation. <br />"Original Purchaser" means NatCity Investments, Inc., Cleveland, <br />Ohio. <br />"Participant" means any participant contracting with a Depository <br />under a book entry system and includes securities brokers and <br />dealers, banks and trust companies, and clearing corporations. <br />"Principal Payment Dates" means December 1 in each of the <br />years from 2006 through 2016; provided that the first Principal <br />Payment Date maybe deferred for a period not longer than two years <br />if that deferral is determined by the Mayor and Director of Finance to <br />be in the best interest of and financially advantageous to the City and <br />that determination is set forth in the Certificate of Award. <br />"Purchase Agreement" means the Bond Purchase Agreement <br />between the City and the Original Purchaser, as it may be modified <br />-4- <br />
