KADAR, the Grantor herein, for valuable consideration received to my full <br />satisfaction, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, a political <br />subdivision for the State of Ohio and the Grantee herein, the perpetual right-of--way and easement <br />for the purposes hereinafter mentioned in the following described premises: <br />Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, City of North Olmsted, known as <br />being a part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 19 and part of Parcel "B" as shown by <br />the "Vienna Woods Lot Split Plat" recorded in Volume 285, Page 28 of Cuyahoga <br />County Map Records and being further bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Parcel "B"; Thence along the north line of said <br />Parcel- "B" North 48° 59' OS" East a distance of 321.69 feet to the northeast corner of said <br />Parcel "B' ; <br />Thence along the east line of said Parcel "B" South 35° 06' 42" East a distance of 216.60 <br />feet; <br />Thence South 52° 29' 13" West a distance of 290.74 feet to the west line of said Parcel <br />«B„• <br />Thence along said west line North 43° 41' O1" West a distance of 197.90 feet to the point <br />of beginning and containing therein 1.4522 acres of land. <br />Together with a strip of land, thirty feet in width, shown as the "RELOCATABLE <br />ACCESS EASEMENT" extending at right angles from the second last aforesaid line <br />South 37° 30' 47" East 460.00 feet to the north line of Lorain Road (80 feet wide) and <br />containing 0.3168 acre of land. <br />This description has been prepared in January 2006 by Zwiclc Associates, Inc., Peter D. <br />Zwick, Registered Surveyor No. 7429. <br />1 <br /> <br />
