Resolution No. 2006-78 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, of <br />this City and for the further reason that this Resolution is required to be immediately effective <br />so that the City may formally accept the grant within the County's time deadline which is less <br />than thirty days from introduction of this legislation before Council; and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 02 a,00G' <br />ATTEST.• <br />1RBARA L.
