Resolution No. 2006-67 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO, <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby created new Chapter 926 of the North Olmsted <br />Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, entitled "Riparian Setbacks and Wetlands Setbacks," <br />which, as created, shall read in its entirety as set forth in Exhibit A attached to this Ordinance, <br />and is expressly incorporated into this Ordinance as if fully rewritten herein. <br />SECTION 2: That any ordinance or resolution, or any part of any ordinance or <br />resolution, that is inconsistent or in conflict with any provision of this Ordinance, shall be, to the <br />extent or any such inconsistency or conflict, repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance go into effect immediately because of state <br />and federal regulations that require an effective date in March 2006; and further provided it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~~ ~ d, p o 6 <br />First Reading: 3 7 d ~ <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: <br />A TTEST.• <br />O~ I <br />ARA L.
