EXHIBIT I <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1.1 The basic services to be provided by CONTRACTOR under Section 1. <br />Basic Services of the engineering services for the PROJECT are as follows: <br />1.1.1 Completion of the Engineering Services shown in APPENDIX B to <br />the CITY'S Request for Proposal (RFP) for Professional <br />Engineering Services for the Project to which the CONTRACTOR <br />prepared and submitted its PROPOSAL (see Appendix C), on which <br />this Agreement is based. <br />1.2 The scope of work for any Section 2. Optional Services of the <br />CONTRACTOR, if and when determined by the CITY to be necessary, shall be determined <br />upon receipt of an approved scope and work task breakdown the CONTRACTOR and upon <br />written authorization from the CITY to proceed with the optional services. <br />+ + END OF EXHIBIT I + + <br />11 <br />
