~..w~____ ~.a ..,. ._.. ,..~...~...<~ - -- _ <br />,,,^ <br />~,- ~,. <br />(b) Permit on the ~-dsnse#~ premises any person having in his possession or being under the <br />influence of, selling or offering for sale, giving away, or drinking any intoxicating liquors or drugs; <br />(c) Permit idlers, loiterers or other hangers-on to be on or about the dance-1}al} premises; <br />(d) Permit smoking at uublic dance halls except in rooms reserved for smoking or in a restaurant or dining <br />room when seated at a table; <br />(e) Permit gambling in any form on the premises; <br />(f) Permit men to enter the ladies' room or parlor, or women to enter the men's room; <br />F'k~l ~°vm~4 rn 4n „fl„1., ~ln .. 41...4. .1 .. _ _ - _1 <br />of r b° .., - -- - __-- -- - - <br />(h) Permit moonlight dances unless there is sufficient light in the dance hall so that the patrons can be <br />easily seen; <br />1..,:.~......, va u.v ~ppvvrco o°vrcj <br />(j) Discriminate between sexes by offering free admission to either sex as inducement to stimulate <br />attendance; <br />(k) Permit endurance dancing contests commonly known as marathon dances; <br />(1) Permit dancing in restaurants with persons seated at different tables; <br />763.14 ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO TEEN DANCE CLUBS <br />(a) Notification. Every teen dance club license holder or designee thereof shall at least two weeks prior to <br />each teen dance or like event file with the Director of Public Safetv <br />Departme~ a written notification stating the following: <br />(1) The names, addresses, social security numbers and dates of birth of the license <br />holder and the Adult Supervisor or Chaperons who will be present at the event. <br />(2) The name and address of the owner of the establishment where the dance or <br />like event is to be conducted. <br />(3) The time and date of the dance or like event. <br />(4) A comuleted Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI) <br />background check, obtained at annlicant's cost for all Adult Suaervisors and Chaaerons <br />who were not named by the license holder in the initial or renewed license analication <br />(b) Requirements and Prohibitions: <br />(1) One adult supervisor and/or chaperon shall be present for each 20 teens. The <br />individuals must have proper identification, be readily identifiable, and be among <br />those listed on the license or notification. <br />(2) The dance or like event shall not begin before 12:00 x:89 p.m. and shall end no later <br />than by 11:30 PM. <br />(3) No person under the age of 13 years shall be permitted to enter or remain in a <br />teen dance club unless accompanied by a parent or other legal guardian. <br />
