subparagraphs or clauses hereof. Reference to a Section means a section of this ordinance unless
<br />otherwise indicated.
<br />Section 2. Authorized Principal Amount and Purpose• Application of Proceeds. It is
<br />necessary to issue bonds of this City in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $2,875,000 (the
<br />Bonds) to pay costs of (A)(i) improving Clague Road from a point approximately 1,000 feet north of
<br />Lorain Road southerly to a point approximately 1,500 feet south of Lorain Road and Lorain Road
<br />from a point approximately 500 feet west of Clague Road easterly to a point approximately 500 feet
<br />east of Clague Road by grading, draining, widening, preparing the surface, surfacing and resurfacing,
<br />constructing and reconstructing sections of the pavement base, curbs, gutters, catch basins, sidewalks
<br />and driveway approaches, where necessary, and installing traffic signs and signalization; (ii)
<br />improving Lorain Road from the westerly corporation line easterly to Canterbury Road, in
<br />cooperation with the Ohio Department of Transportation and otherwise, by preparing the surface,
<br />resurfacing and reconstructing curbs, gutters, catch basins, sidewalks and driveway approaches,
<br />where necessary; (iii) improving Andorra Drive, Azalea Lane, Benwood Circle, Brendan Lane,
<br />Bristol Lane, Camellia Lane, Chapel Hill Drive, Cottonwood Trail, Country Club Boulevard, Darby
<br />Lane, Dogwood Trail, Edgepark Drive, Fairfax Lane, Forestwood Parkway, Gardenia Drive, Great
<br />Northern Boulevard, Kew Drive, Kingston Circle, Laurell Lane, Linwood Circle, Lisa Lane,
<br />Lusandra Circle, Marcie Lane, Marquette Boulevard, Mary Kay Circle, Nandina Drive, Newton
<br />Circle, Oring Drive, Park Place, Pine Circle, Sudbury Drive, Sweetbriar Drive, Timber Cove Lane,
<br />Waterbury Circle, Westview Drive, Winton Park Drive and Wisteria Drive by replacing sections of
<br />pavement, where necessary; and (iv) improving the intersection of Dover Center Road, Driscoll Lane
<br />and Cottonwood Trail by installing traffic signs and a signalization system; in each case together with
<br />the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto, (B)(i) improving Clague Road from Lorain
<br />Road northerly to the northerly corporate line by grading, draining, widening, preparing the surface,
<br />surfacing and resurfacing, and constructing and reconstructing catch basins, manholes, sidewalks and
<br />driveway approaches, where necessary; (ii) improving Butternut Ridge Road, Charles Road, Grace
<br />Road, Louis Drive, and Theresa Lane between certain termini by preparing the surface and
<br />resurfacing, (iii) improving Andorra Drive, Azalea Lane, Bristol Lane, Camellia Lane, Country Club
<br />Boulevard, Darby Lane, Fairfax Lane, Gardenia Drive, Industrial Parkway, Kew Drive, Kingston
<br />Circle, Nandina Drive, Oring Drive, Park Place, Southern Avenue, Sudbury Drive, Sweetbriar Drive,
<br />Waterbury Circle, Winton Park Drive and Wisteria Drive by replacing sections of concrete pavement,
<br />where necessary; and (iv) improving Bradley Road, Dover Center Road, Elmhurst Road, Hickory
<br />Lane, Industrial Parkway, MacKenzie Road, Park Ridge Drive, Porter Road, Sparkey Lane and West
<br />Park Drive by constructing and reconstructing sidewalks; in each case together with the necessary
<br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto, and (C) improving (i) Andorra Drive, Azalea Lane,
<br />Brystol Lane, Camelia Lane, Darby Lane, Fairfax Lane, Gardenia Drive, Kingston Circle,
<br />Nandina Drive, Oring Drive, Park Place, Sudbury Drive and Waterbury Circle by replacing
<br />sections of concrete pavement, where necessary, (ii) Byron Drive, East Park Drive, Florence
<br />Avenue, Lucille Drive and North Park Drive between certain termini by preparing the surface and
<br />resurfacing and (iii) Columbia Road and Great Northern Boulevard (State Route 252) between
<br />certain termini, in cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio, by grading,
<br />draining, preparing the surface and resurfacing, in each case together with the necessary
<br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto; and to retire the Outstanding Series A Notes, the
<br />Outstanding Series B Notes and the Outstanding Series C Notes.
