~. <br />(b) Closing time for the building is 12:30 a.m. and all parties or activities shall be terminated by <br />that time. <br />(c) The kitchen, dishes and other equipment shall be cleaned and readied for immediate service, if <br />used. <br />(d) No person or group of persons shall dance or allow dancing in the Community Cabin/Senior <br />Center between the hours of 12:30 a.m. to 12 noon on Sunday. Dancing between such hours on Sunday is <br />strictly prohibited. <br />(e) Any person making an application for use of the Community Cabin/Senior Center shall give <br />true and accurate information and statements. <br />(f) Rowdyism, disorderly conduct, removal of furniture or equipment from the building or <br />malicious destruction of property are prohibited. Any violation hereof shall subject the violator to the penalty <br />provided under this chapter or the applicable section of the General Offenses Code. <br />(g) All dances shall be sponsored by a recognized City organization, which shall also provide <br />chaperones for teen dances. <br />(h) Policemen and/or auxiliary policemen may be required to be hired for duty, at the discretion of the Director of <br />Services. <br />(i) Limitation of 275 persons, maximum occupancy, for the Community Cabin. Limitation of 100 persons maxim <br />occupancy, for the Senior Center. <br />(j) Renters are required to set up and put away tables, chairs, kitchen equipment, etc. and sweep up. If they are <br />unable to do this, they shall make arrangements in advance at City Hall and pay a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) to cover the cost. <br />This cost shall not be chargeable to the following senior organizations: 50 Plus, Kenny Seniors, Full Life and North Ol*nsted <br />Seniors. <br />(Ord. 89-15. Passed 3-21-89.) <br />945.07 EXEMPTION FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL ACTIVITIES. <br />The provisions of Section 945.05 of this chapter notwithstanding, North Olmsted public schools shall be permitted to re <br />the Community Cabin and the Senior Center without charge for the conduct of any North Olmsted school activity. <br />(Ord. 2002-176. Passed 12-3-02.) <br />945.99 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 89-15. Passed 3-21-89.) <br />
