<br />«,~- <br />shall be in a form and substance consistent with the provisions of this Ordinance and approved <br />by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 2: That following five (5) police cruisers owned by the City and used by the <br />North Olmsted Police Department are hereby declared to be surplus property that, in light of their <br />condition and the City's current fleet resources, are needed for no other City purpose and maybe <br />utilized as trade-ins in the subject purchase transaction for a price that the Director of Public <br />Safety determines to be fair and reasonable: <br />1. 2003 Ford Crown Victoria with 80,000 miles; <br />2. 2003 Ford Crown Victoria with 71,000 miles; <br />3. 2003 Ford Crown Victoria with 97,000 miles; <br />4. 2000 Ford Crown Victoria with 78,800 miles; <br />5. 2002 Ford Crown Victoria with 97,000 miles. <br />SECTION 2: That the purchase and/or financing of said vehicles shall be through the <br />Hotel Motel Fund. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately because of the <br />emergency need that exists to immediately replace five police cruisers in the Police Department <br />and further to insure order availability which is limited to this time of the year, and further <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ / 7~ v2 0 0 6 First Reading: / / 7 b G <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: ,(,~,~,,~~~. <br />Committee: ,~2u~-,fie. <br />'-~ <br />ATTTEST.• <br />BARBARA L.
