<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />ORDINANCE N0. 77 - <br />$Y ; MR. BEATY <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION <br />OF JENKINS ROAD CONSISTING OF <br />27.79 LINEAL FEET FROM THE WESTLAKE <br />CITY CORPORATION LINE EASTERLY <br />WHEREAS, on the hrh day of 1877, <br />a petition by persons owning lots in t e imme late vicinity <br />of Jenkins Road, more specifically, a section of Jenkins Road <br />consisting of 27.79 lineal feet from the Westlake City Line <br />Easterly, was duly presented to Council praying that said <br />street between the points named be vacated and the notice <br />requirements specified in Ohio Revised Code Section 723.026 <br />have been waived by virtue of consent of the affected parties, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Council, upon hearing, is satisfied that there is <br />good cause for such vacation as prayed for,-and that it will <br />not be detrimental to the general interest and ought to be <br />made. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Jenkins Road, more specifically, a <br />section o Jenkins Road consisting of 27.79 lineal feet <br />from the Westlake City Line Easterly, be and the same is hereby <br />vacated, which specific area of vacation is, .however, more <br />specifically delineated on the vacation plat presently on <br />file in the office of the City Engineer. Said Vacation Plat <br />is specifically made a part hereof by reference as if fully <br />rewritten herein. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
