_ _...~ ~a,~.:.,...,..~..,_. <br />~ T...:. ....e.., ~M _,. ~,..~., <br /> <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CFP.TIFICATL <br /> <br />"?orth Olmsted, Ohio <br />1977 <br />TO TY.E COUiICIL OF TF:E CITY OF NORTI' OLMSTED, Of?I0: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined in Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in connection <br />with your proposed issue of $18,000 of bonds and notes in anticipation of the <br />issuance of bonds for the purpose of providing funds for the purchase of <br />traffic control signs, as follows: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property and improvements to be <br />acquired and constructed from the proceeds of such bonds and notes is hereby <br />certified to be at least ten years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 133.20, Revised Code, is ten years, this <br />being my estimate of the period of usefulness of the traffic control signs, <br />provided that if notes in anticipation of such bonds are outstanding for <br />a period in excess of five years from the date of the original issue, <br />the period thereof in excess of five years shall be deducted from such <br />maximum maturity of said bonds. <br />3. The maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation of the <br />issuance of such bonds may not exceed in maturity eight years from the date <br />of issuance of the original notes issued viz. December 30, 1984, if sold <br />at public sale, provided that if said notes are sold at private sale, then <br />their maximum maturity is one year. <br />D rector of Finance <br />
