FAIRFIELD <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />HIRE THE SERVICES OF AN ARCHITECT FOR <br />THE PURPOSES OF OBTAINING ESTIMATES OF <br />COST FOR AN ADDITION TO THE COMMUNITY <br />CABIN WHICH IS TO BE USED FOR A SENIOR <br />CENTER <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the administration and council <br />to construct a permanent addition to the Community Cabin located <br />in the North Olmsted Park to be used as a Senior Center, and <br />WHEREAS, in order to accomplish this program, it is necessary <br />to hire the services of an architect to prepare estimates of <br />costs for said addition as well as for the refurbishing of the <br />present kitchen facilities. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized <br />to enter into an agreement with an architect for the preparation <br />of plans, specifications and estimates of cost for an addition <br />to the existing Community Cabin as well as for the refurbishing <br />of the kitchen facilities located therein. However, in no event <br />shall the services of said architect be hired at a cost greater <br />than Three Thousand Dollars ($ 3,000.00) . <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~, ~,~,/~77 <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
