<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />RESOLUTION N0. 77 - -~ <br />BY: <br />MRS. SHARPE <br />`^?~C. <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE P.J. ~ J.J. HAAS <br />SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the P.J. ~ J.J. Haas Subdivision was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on October 25, 1977 and referred <br />to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes the creation of one <br />(1) lot from two (2) existing lots, namely, permanent parcel <br />numbers 236-4-40 and 236-4-41 located at Brookpark and <br />Fleharty Roads, and <br />WHEREAS, said plan has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of <br />the approval o the Planning Commission of the plat of the <br />P.J. ~ J.J. Haas Subdivision and also having been advised by <br />the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the <br />Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this <br />Resolution the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />Subdivision plat to be recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and <br />be in orce rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : G~t~N,~, Z ~~~, / ~'1~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
