UJhere the computation results in a fractional space, one additional off-street parking space shall be provided. A building occupied by one use shall provide the off-street parking spaces as required for the specific use. A building, or group of buildings, occupied by two or more uses, operating r~or~rally during the same hours, shall provide spaces for not less than the sum of the spaces required for each use, provided, however, if a business development is comprised of 12,000 square feet or more o~ building area the required spaces may be computed for the total area of the building, or buildings, as set forth in item (R) of the following schedule instead of computed as separate uses.
