. r ~ +.. ~ , following-described real property shall be offered, along with the interest of the Board of Education of the North Olmsted.City School District therein, for sale to the State of Ohio for the sum of One Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($100.00) on the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract for Sale and Purchase attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit 1: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being pa_t of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 16, Tract 6, and bounded and described as follows: ' Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Sublot No. 48 as recorded on Parlc Ridge Homes Subdivision dated July 25, 1962 and recorded in Volume 185, Pages 17, 18, 19 and 20 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South 0 degrees 47' 22" West, 547.34 feet to the place of beginning; thence continuing South 0 degrees 47' 22" West, 21.15 feet to a paint on the Northerly limited access line of I-480; thence North 85 degrees 06' S1" West along said limited access line, 41.70 feet to a point; thence DTorth 19 degrees. 53' 09" East, 30.79 feet to a point; thence South 70 degrees 06' S1" East, 33.42 feet to the place of beginning, containing 955 square feet, more or less. 2. The Mayor and Director of Public Service of the City are hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary and consistent with this ordinance to complete the sale provided for herein. 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council and that all deliberations of this Council were in compliance with all legal requirements, including § 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code . 4.
