<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 77-161 <br />BY: Mrs. Sharpe <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />TIMBER COVE APPROXIMATELY 518.6 <br />FEET, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that <br />all of the improvement shown on the improvement plans of Timber Cove <br />previously approved by Council, have been completed in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept for <br />dedication Timber Cove 518.6 feet centerline distance from <br />its westerly intersection with Ranchview Avenue and the existing ~4est <br />Ranchview Avenue to the center of the cul-de-sac at its easterly terminus, <br />located within the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ ~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
