E A S E M E N T KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Shore West Construction Co., an Ohio corporation, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations paid by the -Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and release unto the City of North Olmsted, Grantee, its successors and assigns, a right-of-way easement for the installing and maintaining of a 36-inch storm sewer on the following described premises, which shall be so placed and maintained as to not interfere with any existing buildings now placed upon said premises: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of-Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lot No. 19 and bounded and described as followst Beginning on the Southerly line of Gessner Road, 60 feet wide, at the Northeasterly corner of a parcel of land on which an easement was granted to Elmer S.
