' i~ r'R ~ ? moils STUB t <br />~,rtK .M~~i..RS3~f ..-~.~..~ <br />S•- 'ti <br />nj ~.a,.. <br />E A S E M E N T <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Shore West <br />Construction Co., an Ohio corporation, in consideration of the <br />sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations <br />paid by the -Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />do hereby grant and release unto the City of North Olmsted, <br />Grantee, its successors and assigns, a right-of-way easement <br />for the installing and maintaining of a 36-inch storm sewer <br />on the following described premises, which shall be so placed <br />and maintained as to not interfere with any existing buildings <br />now placed upon said premises: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of-Ohio, and known as being part <br />of Original Dover Township Lot No. 19 and bounded <br />and described as followst <br />Beginning on the Southerly line of Gessner Road, 60 <br />feet wide, at the Northeasterly corner of a parcel of <br />land on which an easement was granted to Elmer S. Kadar <br />in Volume 8218, Page 105 of Cuyahoga County Records of <br />Deeds; <br />Thence S. 89° 41` 00" E., ~lo~g the Southerly line of <br />Gessner .Road, a distance of 12.SO.feet; <br />Thence S.~0° 19' 00" W., parallel with the Easterly <br />line of the easement so conveyed to Elmer S. Kadar, a <br />distance of 150.00 feet; <br />Thence N. 89° 41' 00" W., a distance of.12.50 feet -to the <br />Southeasterly corner of the easement so conveyed to <br />Elmer S. Kadar; <br />Thence N. 0° 19' 00" E., along the Easterly line of the <br />easement so conveyed to Elmer S. Kadar, a distance of <br />150.00 feet to the place of beginni-ng, be the same <br />more or less but subject to all legal highways. <br />To have and to hold said easement and right-of- <br />way unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever and <br />the Grantee, in consideration whereof, hereby agrees with <br />the Grantor to repair at its own expense all damage to the <br />i <br /> <br /> <br />
