All persons purchasing a facility pass and seasonal court time will receive a 5% discount on their court time and on the cost of their facility pass. SECTION 6: Persons over the age of 65, hereinafter referred to as "Senior Citizens" shall be given a premium rate on facility passes. Said rate shall be $50.00 per year. However, there shall be a restriction on hours for all Senior Citizens using said pass, which restriction shall be as follows: A. SKATE Monday through Friday 9 a.m, to 11 a.m. 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. B. SWIM Monday through Friday 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Senior Citizens shall also be entitled to a reduction in general admission prices for skating on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday between the hours of 8:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at "adult only" sessions. Said reduced rate shall be $1.00 per session. SECTION 7: The Recreation Center Manager shall publish the fee schedule so established and post same in a conspicious place in the building lobby. All fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund set up for the Recreation Center and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the Recreation Center. SECTION 8: The Recreation Center Manager shall, from time to time, review-s-cTiedules as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with the reasons therefore to the Parks and Recreatirn Commission of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. The Recreation Manager shall, however, have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule for special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis and shall inform the Parks and Recreation Commission of such adjustments. The Recreation Center Manager shall also establish spectator admission charges, set prices on merchandise, and other services offered for sale. The Recreation Center Manager may pay to the sponsoring organizations not more than sixty per cent (60%) of the spectator admission charges derived from the event so sponsored. SECTION 9: That Ordinance No. 76-19 adopted by the Council of the City o Nort Olmsted be and the same is hereby repealed, and any other Ordinances or Resolutions or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
