~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 77 -~.~~ <br />BY: <br />Mr. Bea <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR <br />BIDS TO REPAIR THE ROOF OF THE NORTH <br />OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS GARAGE AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the roof on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line <br />Garage is in the state of disrepair, and <br />WHEREAS, it is immediately necessary to take corrective <br />measures to protect the structural integrity of the aforementioned <br />building: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby aut orized to advertise for bids for the repair of the <br />roof on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line Garage, in accord- <br />ance with the specifications now on file in his office. <br />SECTION 2: That upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is authorized to enter into a contract and execute the <br />same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation <br />of the public health, safety and welfare and for the further <br />reason that it is immediately necessary to protect the structural <br />integrity of the building, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and pproval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: c~,~. ~~, <br />ATTEST: ~~ <br />R <br />Nora T.
