A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs planted so as to constitute a fence, which is not more than four (4) feet high at any time along any side or rear property line which does not extend nearer the street line than the building line, except that fences in which at least fifty percent (50%) of the face is open or hedges may be established from the building line to the street line and on the street line provided the same does not exceed thirty (30) inches in height at any time. No electrified or barbed wire fence shall be erected or installed at any location. 2. A four (4) foot high fence may be constructed on a corner lot beyond the building line in the rear yard provided that the same is constructed three (3) feet behind the sidewalk or right-of-way line, whichever is greater, and the face of the fence is at least ninety percent (90%) open. 3. A fence, hedge, trees or shrubs may be placed so as to constitute a fence which is not more than six (6) feet high along any rear or side property line which abuts a General Retail Business District, Limited Industry District or Mixed-Use District. (I) An independent television antenna or radio tower not to exceed fifty (50) feet in height and not used for commercial purposes, so long as it is located in .either the rear or side yard, attached to the gabled side of the dwelling. (J) In a Multiple Residence District, a detached community garage providing no more than the storage space for two motor vehicles for each dwelling unit located on the same lot, provided no part of the same is nearer than sixty (60) feet to the street line upon which the multiple dwelling fronts or nearer than forty (40) feet to any other street line, and further pro- vided no repair facilities may be maintained within the same and no repairs except of a minor or emer- gency nature are made therein. (K) The storage of one (1) boat or one (1) house trailer which shall not be occupied or used so long as the same are stored in either the rear or side yard. (L) Private swimming pools may be located in a Residential District as an Accessory Use to a dwelling. The pool, accessory buildings, structures or other equipment shall not be located in a front or side yard and shall be not less than ten (10) feet from any lot line. The swimming pool area of ground level pools, an area five (5) feet beyond and surrounding elevated-pools, or.the entire property on which the pool is located shall be enclosed within a.permanent fence of six (6) feet in height to prevent any access to the pool except from a controlled point.
