4r <br />t . <br />r f <br />n <br />..,. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 77 - 127 <br />BY: Dolores Sharpe <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BY ADOPTING <br />A REVISED CHAPTER 1157, ENTITLED "LOT AREA <br />REQUIREMENTS IN RESIDENCE DISTRICTS" AND <br />REPEALING CHAPTER 1157 AS PREVIOUSLY <br />ADOPTED, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to adopt a revised <br />Chapter 1157 for the purposes of providing additional regulations <br />for corner lots in residence districts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 0 RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby adopted a revised Chapter 1157 <br />entitle "Lot Area Requirements in Residence Districts" of the <br />Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted, and as revised shall read <br />as follows: <br />"CHAPTER 1157 - LOT AREA REQUIREMENTS IN RESIDENCE DISTRICTS <br />1157.01 Minimum Width and Area in Residence District <br />A.
