As respects corner lots in all Residence Districts, the maximum <br />lot width shall be 15 feet greater than as specified in 1157.O1A, <br />except that in A Residence Districts and A with Cluster Development <br />the lot width shall be 10 feet greater than as specified in Section <br />1157.O1A. <br />1157.02 Exclusions from Lot Area <br />A. In computing the minimum area herein, or side yard requirements <br />or rear yard requirements provided in the Zoning Code, no yard, court <br />or other open space provided about any dwelling for the purpose of <br />complying with the Zoning Code shall be considered as a yard, court <br />or other open space for another dwelling. <br />B. Steps, terraces or uncovered porches may project into any <br />yard provided they are not over four (4) feet above the average finish <br />grade of the adjacent building wall and distance at least three (3) <br />feet from every lot line." <br />SECTION 2: That Chapter 1157 as previously adopted and any <br />other ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from an a ter the earliest period allowed by law. <br />First Reading: <br />RPf_ to Planning Commission: <br />
