,. r <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 77 - //~ <br />PAGE 2. <br />shall be a student participating in the Federal Work Study Program <br />for graduate professional students. It is understood that the City <br />will pay the entire hourly rate and will be reimbursed at a rate <br />of 75 0. <br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby <br />authorizedand ~cirected to pay the Director of Law the sum of <br />$6,220.00 per annum, payable monthly, for secretarial services and <br />other general office expenses, effective April 1, 1972. <br />SECTION 4: That Ordinance No. 76-108 enacted on October 19, <br />1976, and any other Ordinance or Resolution or parts of Ordinances <br />or Resolutions in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 5: That with <br />hereof, the Mayor is hereby <br />agreement, which is attache <br />Exhibit "A", with Cleveland <br />the Work Stody Program with <br />respect to the provisions of Section 2D <br />authorized and directed to enter into an <br />~ hereto and made a part hereof and marked <br />State University thereby implementing <br />respect to the part-time Law Clerk. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary for the continuity of services of the <br />Department of Law, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />PASSED: (~~ .~ <br />APPROVE 7~'~/?~ <br />RALP E.
