'"~~ C ITY OF NORTH OLMSTED """ . ~~ ORDINANCE N0. 77 - gg ~j , BY: G/A~~.~l~ AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1977• BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That to provide for current expenses and other expenditures of he said City of North Olmsted during the year ending December 31, 1977, he following sums be and they are hereby transferred as follows: GENERAL FUND FR0~1: T0: Clerical - $3,600 Safety Director Secretary - $3,600 Section 2. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance Lo the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. Section 3. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on he City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved by she Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, further that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
