CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. ~ d BY AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CORRECTION OF AN ASSESSMENT TN THE LIST OF FINAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED BY ORDINANCE N0. 77-21 FOR THE 1974 SIDEWALK PROGRAM, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of this Council that the Permanent Parcel No. 231-24-22 was incorrectly charged in the list of final assessments for sidewalk repairs of which the owner was not notified in the City's notice to repair sidewalks; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: Section 1. That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to revise the list of final assessments levied by Ordinance No. 77-21 to delete the assessment in the amount of $97.28 against Permanent Parcel No. 231-24-22 owned by Elizabeth Stibbe. Section 2. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of said City, and for the further reason that the correction of the aforesaid assessment must be made before such list of final assessments is cer- tified to the County Auditor for collection; wherefore, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and immediately after its passage and approval by the Mayor. n k Passed: D e pert, Pres of Council .~ .~.~~ ' Attest: i~~ Nora T.
