RESOLUTION NO. 77- 9~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />50,000 GALLONS OF SODIUM ACUMINATE FOR USE <br />BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OL.MSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: 'ghat the Director of Public Service be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for <br />50,000 gallons of Sodium Aluminate for use by the Service <br />Department, according to the specifications now on "file <br />in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a <br />contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed <br />by law. <br />PASSED : d ,L~,~7 <br />Attest• <br />~, <br />~~ ~~/I J <br />Nora T.
