BOEHMER <br />.,. <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A PETTY CASH FUND <br />WITHIN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF FEEDING PRISONERS HOUSED IN <br />THE NORTH OLMSTED CITY JAIL AND REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE N0. 72-19. <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of passage of Ordinance 72-19 on March <br />21, 1972 this Council previously established a Petty Cash fund <br />for the feeding of prisoners housed in the North Olmsted City <br />Jail in the amount of $50.00, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to increase said <br />amount to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That there is hereby established a petty cash <br />fund in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to be known <br />as the North Olmsted Prisoner Feeding Fund, which said fund shall <br />be a permanent fund replenished by the Finance Department as needed. <br />SECTION 2: That this Council hereby directs that a copy of <br />this Or finance be delivered to the Finance Director in order to pay <br />the necessary funds to the Police Department for the feeding of <br />prisoners housed in the North Olmsted City Jail. <br />SECTION 3: That Ordinance No. 72-19 adopted on March 21, 1972 <br />is here y repea ed and any other ordinance or parts of ordinances <br />in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force rom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ~aZ <br />ATTEST: 1 <br />Nora T.
