,~ w CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 77 -79 BY : ~%~,/ A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY THE VIENNA WOODS SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. WHEREAS, the Vienna Woods Subdivision was considered by the Planning Commission of the City of North Olmsted on March 23, 1977 and failed to receive the necessary affirmative votes, and WHEREAS, the property owner requested the matter go to Council without approval of the Planning Commission, and WHEREAS, said subdivision includes the creation of twelve (12) lots from two (2) existing lots, namely, permanent parcel Nos. 231-27-3 and 231-27-Z0, which parcels of land are located in the vicinity of Walter Road and Theresa Lane, and WHEREAS, said plan has been approved by the City Engineer as being in conformance with Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That this Council, having been advised of the failure of this subdivision to receive the necessary affirmative votes of the Planning Commission, and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said Subdivision plat to be recorded according to law.
