.-.e. ~. _., _ _.~,..~~.~ _ .,.. _ ..4.~,r. <br />~„~, ,; <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. ~"~ ,~ <br />BY ~• ~~.x.c,`~ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE ASSESSMENT <br />EQUALIZATION BOARD ON OBJECTIONS RELATIVE TO THE <br />ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE MILL ROAD SIDEWALK <br />IMPROVEMENT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Assessment Equalization Board heretofore appointed by <br />Resolution No. 77-29 of this Council adopted March 1 , 1977, to hear and <br />determine all objections concerning the estimates assessments for the Mill <br />Road sidewalk improvement described in Resolution No. 76-85, has filed its <br />report with this Council as to its determination of such objections; and <br />WHEREAS, Council deems such report proper in all respects; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the report of the Assessment Equalization Board here- <br />inbefore recited be and the same is hereby approved and the estimated assess- <br />ments as confirmed by said Board and reported by it be and they are hereby <br />directed to be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions <br />of this Council concerning and relating to the adoption of this resolution <br />were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all deliberations <br />of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 3. This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health <br />and safety, and for the further reason that the immediate construction of <br />said improvement is necessary to eliminate existing hazards to pedestrian <br />traffic on Mill Road; wherefore, this resolution shall be in full force <br />and effect from and immediately after its adoption and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSID: <br />ATTEST : G~-~c-C.L/ /, ~K-~-~'~~ <br />Nora T.
