': ,,,~ <br />I ,,,~„ <br />~. <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />April 19, 1977 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITX OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code, hereby certifies as <br />follows in connection with your proposed issue of bonds for the purpose of <br />paying the cost of replacing and repairing concrete sidewalks in accordance <br />with Resolution Nos. 74-114, 74-115, 74-116 and 74-117, adopted July 16, <br />1974: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property acquired from <br />the proceeds of such bonds and the notes issued in <br />anticipation thereof is hereby certified to be at least <br />five years. <br />2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in <br />accordance with Revised Code Section 133.20 is twenty <br />years, but by reason of the fact that the assessments <br />in anticipation of the collection of which such bonds <br />are being issued were levied for five years, the maximum <br />maturity of such bonds may not exceed five years. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. <br />Dir ctor of Finance <br />City of North Olmsted <br />71-14 <br />
